In the past, there have been occasions where customers are in the city and will come by and pick up their goods in person, and that's always a good thing for both parties. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a very cool customer named Heather and her husband who flew in from Colorado to get their vacation on here in NYC. Together they trekked into our neighborhood of Astoria to pick up her antique tan wrist strap in person. No sooner had she received it she posted this great shot of it at one of my favorite watering holes right around the block from my residence.  Nicely done.
