Shipping & Handling 

Due to the high volume of orders and because every item is made to order, please allow for a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks to prepare your goods before shipping. IF you do not wish to wait or need the item for an upcoming trip please select RUSH PROCESSING under shipping options at checkout. RUSH PROCESSING will reduce lead time to 2 weeks. Order cancellations are only allowed up to 7 days after order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email of your order automatically after purchase and another email to confirm tracking information once it has been shipped.  



All domestic orders ship USPS Priority with tracking. International orders ship USPS First Class International with tracking. Expedited services are available as well. Please send an email before placing an order with any special shipping requests. 

Taxes and duties: For shipments outside of the United States, the customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.


Returns & Exchanges

I strive to make goods of the highest quality standards that will last for many years. If you are not 100% satisfied with your TAP & DYE leather good you can return it to us for an exchange or refund provided it is returned to us within 7 Days of receiving your order. 

Returns or exchanges are only accepted from customers within the United States. All sales to other continents are FINAL, except in the case of defects. 

Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original label tags provided. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Original postage paid by customer is not refundable.
