LEAD TIMES:

* Camera Straps - 10-12 weeks. This is a conservative estimate, so depending on how quickly I can get through the backlog, it may ship out sooner.  

* IF you want to receive it quicker, need it for a gift or need the item for an upcoming trip please select RUSH PROCESSING under shipping options at checkout. RUSH PROCESSING will reduce lead time to 4 weeks. ***

* Utility Tote Bags - January/Feb delivery

* Accessories such as Patches, Pins only - 1-3 days

* Eyewear cases, Key Hooks and other small items - 1-2 weeks

* Orders with multiple items will default to longest lead time item. Consider placing multiple orders if you would rather not wait for quicker items.

You will receive a confirmation email of your order automatically after purchase and another email to confirm tracking information once it has been shipped.  Updates on your order will only be sent once I am close to working on your order, as I have a huge backlog to get through, this is the way I work. If you do not hear from me then I am still working on other orders placed ahead of yours, it does not mean I have forgotten about you. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

All International orders ship USPS First Class International with tracking. Expedited services are available as well. Please send an email before placing an order with any special shipping requests. 

Taxes and duties: For shipments outside of the United States, the customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.

Cancellations / Returns / Exchanges

Orders can only be cancelled within 5 days from date of purchase. Every order placed counts immensely. So, if you place an order, please keep in mind lead times and select the Rush option if you know it will be hard to wait. Just know your support goes a long way and is greatly appreciated.  

I strive to make goods of the highest quality standards that will last for many years. If you are not 100% satisfied with your TAP & DYE leather good you can return it to us for an exchange or refund provided it is returned to us within 7 Days of receiving your order.
